Il Desco Bistrot menu changes with the seasonality, and adds new dishes and recipes depending on the seasonal ingredients, main aspect of our menu creation.

Autumn has brought with it the new taste of fruits and vegetables growing on the Tuscan Hills at our Podere La Croce, where the majority of our used products come from.

And here we are with our Autumn Menu displaying cauliflowers and broccoli appetizers, with the beetroot and red radicchio salad, to season trofie and delicious crespelle. And not to forget our yellow pumpkin lasagne, protagonist of the cold season, after ripening during the Summer period.

And if the main dishes and sides can benefit from the presence of these precious vegetables, , let’s not forget that all the courses have our bio Extra Virgin Olive Oil, one of the most appreciated products at Il Desco Bistrot.

Produced at Podere La Croce with a bio methodology, that sees the cold pressing of olives right after picking them up, the extra virgin oil of our restaurant gives authenticity and taste to every dish. We are sure you’ll love it, and if you like, you can also buy it from us.
